Below is a break down of special programming by channel.

SiriusXM Progress, Ch. 127

In anticipation of tonight’s speech, Mike Church previews the State of the Union and how the media even ruined it with monumental Super Bowl-style coverage for a speech that in reality has almost zero effect on policy or public opinion. The quality of the speech itself has fallen as well, Mike says, ever since Presidents started employing speech writers to do their work for them.

SiriusXM Urban View, Ch. 110
Urban View host Wilmer Leon offers State of the Union commentary and analysis and takes listener calls immediately following the speech. Wednesday morning, Joe Madison is live with first-hand accounts and insights from attending the address on Tuesday night.

In anticipation of the president’s speech, senior adviser to the president Valerie Jarrett stopped by the Joe Madison show to discuss the new minimum wage order for federal employees to $10.10 with cost of living increases periodically that the president is announcing tonight.
