Since the launch of the Affordable Care Act last month, the program’s website has come under a lot of fire for not doing its job. SiriusXM hosts took listener calls and talked to experts about the issue, asking the big question: Who is responsible for the website’s problems?

Tony, a caller to The Michael Smerconish Program on SiriusXM POTUS, said if he were a plumber, he’d compare the ACA website to a half-inch pipe when what was needed was a five-inch pipe. Except Tony’s not a plumber, he’s the CEO for a company that builds websites for the government, making his critique even more scathing.

In regards to Bill Clinton’s recent criticism of Obama for breaking his promise to those losing their insurance via the ACA, Mike Church said the public anger is misplaced because Obama is “nothing more than a television advertisement.”
