Five-time Grammy Award winner and judge on The Voice, Cee Lo Green, made his first trip to The Howard Stern Studios Tuesday for an interview with Howard Stern.
Green spoke with Howard about his desire for the public to better understand from where Green came.
“I really would love for people to know the true story and the very humble beginnings that I came from,” Green said, “and what a change I’ve been able to make. Music saved my life.”
Green also told Howard about the tragedy he dealt with as a child, and cleared up Bruno Mars’ role in the production of Green’s hit single, “F- You.”
