Texas Longhorns head football coach Mack Brown has been around a while — nearly two decades atop the program. One thing he’s learned while coaching in the Big 12 Conference: “This league’s got no days off.”
Brown spoke about the depth of one of the country’s premier football conferences as SiriusXM College Sports Nation stopped in Texas on the 2013 training camp tour. He said that the Big 12 has the best group of coaches it has ever had, and that top-to-bottom, each team has a chance.
Hear Brown talk about whether 2013 will be a “transition year” for the Big 12, and then listen to his quarterback, David Ash, with SiriusXM College Sports Nation.
Next up on the SiriusXM College Sports Nation training camp tour? Johnny Football and Texas A&M on Friday. Listen to coverage starting at noon on channel 91.
