Think “chicken or egg,” but for songwriting, i.e. which came first, the lyrics or the music? That’s what a fan wanted to know at SiriusXM’s Town Hall with Burt Bacharach. The legendary songwriter talked about some of the songs he wrote with Hal David, his lyricist on such hits as “Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head,” “Walk On By” and “I Say A Little Prayer.” And the answer isn’t simple.
